YouTube - GT3-Spec Audi R8 LMS

The Essen Motor show was the scene for the reveal of Audi's nutty new R8 GT3 LMS. Now you can see the car itself in its natural environment - on the track. Lucky for you Audi has uploaded this video to their Audi tv platform online.

The R8 GT3 LMS sees a boast in horsepower up to 500 and some serious track essentials. It comes in rear wheel drive platform seeing that the GT3 races restrict the use of AWD. Good thing cause this R8 LMS would totally dominate with Quattro. Additionally the vehicle also sees weight reductions and a more flowing aerodynamic package. Down force stand no chance with the huge wing and front aerodynamics.

No word yet on pricing but if you have to ask then you probably can't afford one.
