Really? Didn't know that. But it's something I don't want to experience on a motorway. Remember doing the skid test when taking my license, you only need to do 70kph to get owned when there's water on the road. You couldn't do much else then praying, steering won't work at all.

I keep watching it ... and I still don't know what I would have done to save that ... (other than driving slower prior to losing it, obviously)

I would have slammed on the brakes hard and then hoped that the wheels would lock up so I would then slide in a straight line hopefully avoiding the barrier
