Donzi Hornet 3

I used to have a 1987 Donzi Hornet 3 , looking for pictures of same era Hornets , anyone know of any .

Those boats are quite rare. If you know, Aronow designed the Hornet. I think there is a forum exclusivly for Donzi's. The Donzi Registry
They might have some pictures of Hornets. I will look for some for you.

Hornet

Thanks for the photo , that's a early seventies with the split windshield . Later 80's models like mine had a black smoked lexan winshield with deflectors moulded in .

hornet

My Hornet was on the floor of the 1987 Toronto International Boat Show . All show boats that year were navy blue / tan / red stripe boarders . Had 13 hours on it when i bought it . Only 11 built .

how big were the hornets? they look to be ~25' version of the classic 22 series.

Hornet

The Hornets were 21' long . They look bigger because they have a wider beam and a flaired bow . Great seating , room for 7.
