You're going to need to Re-core the damn thing before doing anything to it.

Boat always had a cover and i made sure it was covered. Engine was shrinkwrapped inside. Floor is solid, back seat etc was rotted out so i ripped it all out. Adding 3 bolsters back there. If not, building a new back bench seat.
