Anyone know the difference between these Hawk powered flat deck Top Guns and the regular Top Guns?

I think it's weight, but it can also be speed etc?

Yup. The first one is a 1986, built by Chuck Norris.

The second one was built in 1984 by Mr T.

Can't go wrong either way.
