Nuclear sub gets attacked by Polar Bear!
LMAO! Ran across this while surfing.
USS Connecticut (SSN 22)
On April 27, 2003
During the ICEX 2003 naval exercises near the North Pole, USS CONNECTICUT was stalked and "attacked" by a "hostile" polar bear when the submarine poked its sail and rudder through the ice.
The damage to CONNECTICUT's rudder was reported to be minor.

I think now the USA will declare all polar bears as insurgent combatants, terrorists, and nudists, who live in un Christian cultures with socialist tendencies, and level their whole Polar Bear breeding areas with missiles, all the while blaming the slaughter on the male polar bears for hiding among the females and cubs. If the male polar bears had any real courage they would come out and fight the USA attack planes out in the open! And later, if any mineral discoveries are made in the area under the sea, the USA would declare prior rights over them as legal spoils of war.
