I was a dock hand at a relatives Malibu/Cobalt/Mastercraft Marina for a summer. It was a dream to be able to ski after work behind the worlds best tow boats.

 

The LSV and VLX is a fantastic wakeboat and from what I have seen it throws a beefier wake than the 247 if properly configured. The 247 surf wake on the other hand... is a BEAST. My friend picked up a 23LSV this year and I love how much room is inside those things.

The lady on the end is pretty much our "river mom", she and her husband have been coming out longer than any of us and I think in that picture she was playing with her grand daughter... pretty cool to still be coming out at that age if you ask me.

We go out on the Wilamette River in Portland, OR. The site of these shots is a cove within ross island, which have slowly been dredged out over the last 50 years and is now a large enought space to wakeboard and hang out. But yes, it isnt the cleanest river, especially during the rain season.
