We are picking up some great business from the media companies here.

in other news... the govt keeps f-ing around with the recession. Banned "bad news" also thinking of putting a floor on the rental prices.

What i think will happen is it will keep falling until this place becomes attractive again. I'm not saving that much if you consider that my 1 br apt costs $3400/mo (granted.. 30th floor in the marina looks at marina/palm/other tall buildings) ... good thing the company subsidizes that a bit.
