5 Card Stud Poker Rally - Fresno
September 20th 2008

This is a good old fashioned style rally with 5 check points. The object of this rally is to get to each check point and collect a playing card. At the end, the winner is the car with the best hand. However, there is strategy to the event. Do you want to be the first car with first pick, or let others select their hands and go last to shape your hand based on others’ selections? How you play is up to you and what strategy you take can win or lose the pot for you.

Tahoe Run Rally - Sacramento
October 4th 2008

2nd Annual Tahoe Run done by Adam Cook. This event winds through back roads to Tahoe passing by some of the most amazing vistas that the Sierra Nevada has to offer. If you had to do only one rally this year, this is one you don’t want to miss

Three days of food, fun, fantastic driving and plain ol’ good times.
Expect incredible California scenery, roads, cars and bikes.

There was a big car event in the bay last weekend. hence the light turn out.

 

Aw, but its a fun event, you never know what is going to show up. Really well run and nice people show up. I go to every one I can, and now will start going to the granite bay one regularly.

 

We will not be in GB until 2009.

Next month is in elk grove and NOV is at pavilions in fair oaks.
