That did not make any sense at all. REP!

I saw a tricolore today on the road. What a beauty.

Hard to say "do it" or "don't" ... my situation is far simpler ... I know I don't like the engine in my Z1k, it takes it forever to wake up and having to downshift to overtake on a liter bike? That irritates me ... so it's an easy decision for me ... stay away from 600cc supersports and get more cc, less cylinders. In your case it's not that easy because the bikes are so "similar".

Actually it is.

Get the tricolore.

I've been trying very hard not to make a Bayliss-sized hole in my wallet for a while now. Damn I love that bike, even more than the tri-color.

Just a roller on the spare set of wheels so the slicks don't pick up any debris in the paddock or while transporting.

So far, it's not looking too good. The trade offers i'm getting for my Yamahas are way off of where I need to be to even consider it.

prospect500 is an unknown quantity at this point
I wouldn't get rid of the LE R1.... I am and always will be a fanatic of motorcycles. One of my friends went through 2 of them (both stolen and found chopped for parts with other bikes). He had an 04 R1 cranberry red plastics and later got the LE and the LE was so immaculate with additional mods.....Damn it was nice.... He rides a cruiser now cause he figures they won't try to steal that.....

I plan on purchasing either a triumph675, gixxer600, or ducati848 this summer GOD willing.... Sorry for the lengthy response....

Those are all very different animals. Read up and test ride each before you pull the trigger. I vote for the 675 out of that bunch.
