Wow, that's terrible. At least you can clearly see who's fault it was. Notice the high level of protection given by the riders tennis shoes...

Probably pretty slow, he didn't tumble, just fell down. Lost the left shoe, the one probably still stuck in the car's door.

 

Looks like he also broke his left ankle in the process. What a dumbass. Also, why was there a camera man present to catch this?

 

That looks like the North Georgia Mountains. I used to ride up there religiously. And I think that I recognize the auto shop tag on the front of that truck.

If it up in the N. Georgia Mtn's, there are always guys sitting at certain turns taking pictures, then you see them again at the top of Blood Mountain or TWO (Two Wheels Only), a cycles only campground and restaurant.

Sadly, there were always a lot of go fast in a straight line guys up in the mountains acting like they knew how to ride. And this happened a LOT.
