I'd make a pretty sure guess that this car is Silversurfer's and he's using it in the gumball rally. The "Shadow" says that this car has "a Gen II Whipple, hand wrapped cat back exhaust, a 30 PSI vacuum boost gauge, a carbon fiber/leather center console cubby, lowered seat cushions for more head room, lowered stance, wheels powder coated satin black, blacked out the side and rear lens, and then just prior to the GumBall he had the entire body with matt black vinyl prior to decals etc."
