In this video GM shows us the paint process for the Corvette ZR1. Typically taking 6 to 7 hours per vehicle, the process starts with the body panels loaded onto a rig and passed through a series of spray and heating booths. Although the video skips the sanding and feather dusting process it's still interesting to watch.
