Styling may have imporved, but the driveablilty no so much, once a vette always a vette.

I agree. Why would you want that guy to get fired??? He drove it like it's meant to be driven. there are a lot of rabbits in that area and i am sure he had to swerve to save the rabbit. He is a humanitarian.

So, I suppose we should say that about every car that's been crashed, right? I mean, it's only fair, since it's so very obvious that the reason for the crash was the 'Vette's poor driveability. Couldn't have been the driver doing something stupid and paying for it, oh no.

And sarcasm, off.

The "official" story is that the driver took a turn too tight and the inside wheel caught the edge of the pavement. Personally, I think it's BS, as it doesn't explain how the left side of the car got scratched up(likely by a guard rail on the other side of the road). I think the driver was hooning around on a canyon road and got a bit too overzealous. GM just doesn't want to admit that one of their people was driving dangerously on a public road.
