I am a dealer for a lot of different parts that you may need in your build.

Losing Muscle car status? That all depends on your definition of it. If you are talking about HP than this one has laid it down to the ground with 900-1,000BHP and I don't think its missing muscle.
On a funny note, did you know a lot of reproduction parts for the 1st Gen Camaro is actually made in Taiwan or China? Weird isn't it?
On current project that might appeal to you is a bored/stroked V8 that we are twin turbo charging.

I agree its not for everyone. All I can say is this car is built for the custom car enthusiast, it won four 1st Place Awards given by the NCCA, National Custom Car Association. This car has a proven motor that is probably the most durable ever made and will consistently put out 900-1,000BHP. I can't find many V8s that will do that, and I've been in the business for a long time working with muscle cars. Not saying I'm doing this to every Camaro I get, this is just a one off project to prove we can do something nobody in the world has done yet.

Just the thought of the way 2jz would sound in a muscle body ruins it for me big time. On the other hand, there are not many things are cooler than a bov sound followed by a rumble.
But hey Im looking forward to TT V8 build pics and info

I understand customers have their own tastes. But speaking of power, Ive seen plenty of LSX engines going to 900 and well beyond 1000bhp. One TT LS2 I found dynod 1700hp... Also LPE and APS both have 1000/1100hp kits ready for LS7.

That is pretty sweet. I don't think it's JDM at all, because when I think of "JDM" I usually think of gaudy, over the top modifications. These aren't over the top, though some would certainly consider them strange.
Edit: I also like the idea that you could destroy some good old boys in their muscle cars with this, then reduce them to tears by pointing out you've just done so with a terrible jap turbo'd engine in your otherwise cherry Camaro.
