i forgot to mention, why don't you find a 6 speed allroad and mod the hell out of it. our auto is plenty fun as is, but i'm scared to blow the tranny with any more torque.

I would be ok without a stick as a daily, but the slush box on the current CTS-V sedan is incredibly poor. Put a VW DSC box in that thing or a 6 speed and I would be on the wait list for one. I want a power wagon and have for a long time, I was hoping this would be it, but not with that tranny.

Um, you can get the Tremac 6 speed manual on the CTS-V lineup, including the wagon. That is what is so appealing about that car.

We have never owned and will never own a slushbox, just not our thing.

Thought about that before I bought the wagon. Might take another look since I belive Audi has another Allroad in the works.

the new allroad for 2012 (i think) is going to be based on the a4. i know you probably don't care coming from an s4, but for me, it's too small.
