Hahahahah

That thing sucked. Shoulda had a manual transmission, that could have saved it some points, but not many.

There is a company that converts them to 6-speed 5.7 and 6.1 hemis now though. I'd love one fo those.
that'd be fun!

So are we all going to hate on the Z8 because that car wasn't fast enough, or because the alpina had a slushbox transmission?

Admittedly, as sinistr said, it needed a proper transmission and a v8. HOWEVER, the car was built to be cool and it was a CRUISER; never intended to be a proper sports car. It looked awesome, still looks cool, and there are very few other cars that I would prefer to go out for ice cream in.

And....for those people saying it was a failure....hardly. They sold every single one they ever produced, most of them for over msrp, and it took a good 7 years for used ones to be much less than they sold for new. It can't have been all bad.

Just buy one, I have had four so far, 2 silver 1 yellow 1 gold. Drop down one of the most fun cars to drive at say 6/10th on a mountain road.

Anything faster then that and they get greasy feeling but still lots of fun. They take to N2O pretty well and they weight nothing. I am not kidding when I say its my favorite road car.

Man, that is awesome! I've always wanted a car that I can drive real slowly and say to myself how going any faster is going to make it suck. And you drive a Prius! Of course it's going to feel exciting! You could step into a milk cart after the Prius and it would feel like a Formula 1 car.

When is your Gallardo coming? You need perspective.

You drive more than 6/10ths on a mountain road? If so....stay off mountain roads near me please.
