Even though GM has killed the next generation Escalade/Tahoe due to bad financial situation and low sales of its fuel sucking cars it looks promising for the new Camaro. The 2010 Chevrolet Camaro went on sale October 13 and GM has already booked over 6,000 orders.

Out of all these order 84% are SS models. SS version costs 8000 USD more than the V6. We are surprised, but in a good way. Why get the V6 if you can go with the smoking hot 6.2-liter V8 producing 422 hp.

 

i wont complain if efficient sports cars keep selling...much better then suv's

 

I cannot say its not a nice car, hell i'd rock it.

 

I would buy one as a DD next year. My next car will be American muscle (Challenger, Saleen Mustang, or Camaro). My Jeep GC has been nothing but amazing and has had no real issues to date. Knock on wood!

One of my co-workers has two pre-orders for one, I guess he's going to sell his spot in line once he gets his. He's getting black with white stripes, I told him the dark gray was going to be awesome.

 

Whether you like GM or not, good on em' for having a winner. Now they just need to get the Volt to market NOW.
