Months ago I had the opportunity to meet a great Ferrari fan who owns a nice collection of F-cars. One of his best "toy" is a Ferrari 250 GTE he turned into a GTO (not one of the 36 examples in the world, but the car has now all GTO parts: body, chassis, engine and interiors).
