Delusional owners are fine, how about someone in the design department actually double checking the off the wall crap some people think looks good. That way they don't dilute the brand. If not its going to be American chopper esk design on a 458.

Meh. Until Ferrari takes requests to build one-off's I won't be interested. The number of options that was available to me for the 458 were already too much.

Harvey, thats actually a great idea. I almost forgot about Pininfarina. This would probably be the car I'd want designed and made; its the Ferrari Ethesian that was designed by a group of students in Ferrari's last design contest:

I thought you could always do this, people have been getting crazy ferraris for awhile now. Maybe this makes it easier for the mainstream Ferrari customer to walk into a retailer and get customization vs dealing with factory. Also, what Happened to OTO ( one to one ) custom program?

So are you prepared to pay the 1 off price? Seems many bitch about uniqueness yet balk when they have to pay for it.

1 off Ferrari? Ha. Good luck on that being sub $1mm

I definitely wouldn't mind. I am certainly no rich Saudi so it would delay the purchases of other things but I've always dreamt of owning a one-off so its worth it for me. And come, tell me you wouldn't freak out if you saw this on the road! (skip to 0:52)
