Kristof thanks mate! it was a great car and imho the buyer bought himslef the peace of mind for the next 30k km at least :) 575 is great but they are not available at ease here, and if so, it is hard to resell for sure so this will kick into play once the time is right for me to think about cars again. i think i acquired a taste for this trading thing haha

Josh lol yes i know you were not a fan of the red/red but tbh i loved it and it grew on me, very unique and really fit the car well with the way it sounded. the sale was a great move because i can dedicate funds to my ailing portfolio now. never the intention, but once i had the balance i figured what good would it do laying there for now. i would much prefer to hold more stock than to drive a 360 at this point in my life :)

Um you have the 355, SL and 993 - i don't think you'll miss it too much!

here's the situation in detail: 355 is due for an engine major (belts tensioners gaskets seals plugs filters). transmission top notch with all parts new and working beautifully. i will halt the major until oct/nov so that i can have it back on new rubber for the winter. no use and no sense in doing it now

v12 r129 is a keeper, v8 r129 could make space if family/friend want it since i would hate to see it go far, 993 has interest from my bestest best mate who is like a brother and i told him he can have it for $23k if he wants it on the condition that he only sells it if ever to me.

sl55 can go for 997tt but i would prefer to keep it 2-3yrs and then shop for a tt so i can be picky with colours and specs and let's face it once the 991tt is out the 997tt is going to be a bargain. 996tt nowadays is ridiculous .. camaro and mustang prices!
