360 owners, past and present
i have been doing some research on 360 upkeep.
surprisingly reasonable in terms of spare parts (in fcar terms) online.
and from what i understand the f1's main issue is the pump replacement over time and not the power unit/valves. gearbox seems to be solid, basically meaning that not many problems with the transmission are common?
i need someone in the know to confirm this please, the power unit seems to be at literally a fraction of the price of the 355's.
found them (power units) bnib for $2,700?
and the electric pump at $800?
loving the fact that they are separate, and altogether at $3,500 that is 33% of what the f355's unit costs (lowest i found is 10,650 and i do not wish to quote the 25k plus price
)
fortunately i cannot afford one now let alone found a spider (or a coupe in a perfect combo) i like!
