What's the deal with the 612 Sessanta? I've never heard of it. What makes it special or different compared to a regular 612?

The Sessanta was a recent "speciale" released by Ferrari. Only 60 were made, to mark Ferrari's 60th anniversary. Most notably, the difference between the Sessanta and a "regular" 612 is the overwhelming amount of options with which the car can be specced. From two-tone paint schemes to interior and exterior carbon fiber treatments, leather and stitching color combinations and schemes - the sky's the limit with the Sessanta.

The production numbers for both the F50 and Enzo are significantly more than the official declared. While it is well known that Ferrari produced a few extra of each, 100 extra Enzos seems quite high. Do you have SNs for all of them ?

I have serial numbers to back up every F50 quoted. So far I have 461 Enzo serial numbers - I just need 39 more. But a source close to the factory confirms my assumption of 500 total Enzos - and that doesn't include Enzos that were totaled and then replaced by the factory.

I am impressed. The number I had always heard on the Enzo was an extra 60.

What the factory says and what the factory does are almost always two completely different things.

I have an update for this thread, but there's a character limit. Any chance the administrators can remove it...?
