This is the color I would choose!
This is the combination that I would choose.. Classic Red with Tan..
Like everything in life, some will like and some will not, but for my eyes this is the truest of "Eye Candy" and makes my heart race just thinking about adding a pony of this sort to my stable!!

There is only one 355 for me, the Spider in Red/Tan. I really, really love that car. The lines, the noise.....

So, IMO the 355 is the most beautiful attainable Ferrari. 
IF you can afford the running costs.........
