A show-stopper for sure. For those interested, you can tell this car is a US-spec Spyder because of the three toggle switches just below the four levers in the center of the dash. US-spec Daytona coupes have four toggle switches and Euro-spec coupes have three. One those toggle switches is for a rear window defroster.
So on a Spyder, neither US- nor Euro-spec convertible has the rear defroster toggle, so that's why they each have one less, respectively. The switch that US-spec Daytonas have that Euro-spec Daytonas don't is, I believe, hazard lights.
