I bought it new ~6 months ago from AT&T. Phone has a few small nicks, and surface scratches on the back that show up under florescent lighting. Screen looks great and the phone operates as it should. Never exposed to water. Basically, unless you're super anal, you're going to be satisfied. Comes with everything plus an Apple iPhone charger dock. $330 shipped (firm).

Yes, I realize the newest model was just announced, but I looked around and prices seem to be staying in this range. Some people don't have contract pricing available.

i wasnt aware of the contract pricing deal as i wouldnt be with another carrier.
