My 3bd home for rent in south phx/tempe area
Guys, had a friend lined up to move in which unfortunately fell through. This is a great home for a family, group of friends, or students looking to live together.
$2000/mo and security deposit + last months rent. New 3bd/2.5bath + office (can be used as bedroom), 2 car garage, gated community, pool, looks directly onto the raven golf course etc...
Please call if you're interested. Have had some unplanned events occur recently so I really need to find some responsible tenants asap since this isnt exactly the best time to sell...though I have entertained the idea of swapping with someone+cash for a property in the SF Bay Area.

Also willing to entertain referrals for a solid property manager in the area if theyre resources will help me find tenants faster at this point in time.
