Is there any TS'ers from Cincinnati that could check out the car for me?

This last car from Tampa looked perfect on the Internetz, had perfect carfax and autocheck, but the entier front end (hood and both fenders plus bumper) were so badly resprayed that you don't even need a paint meter to tell.
