Hey, that's close to it's MSRP. I thought he'd ask something like 6-8 million AED *shrugs*. I'd buy it in a heartbeat! (if I had the money of course)

Me too. I had a condo there for a couple of years but sold it because we got too busy and never went back. Havent been in like 5 years now and have been itching for a trip. I may plan something for me and the wife later in the year.
