It was a very good day, thank you to all that participated
Started the day at BIC's new amazing karting facilities, drove through south of Bahrain to Durrat for a lunch and chilled out while watching the F1 qualifiers
Here is my one iPhone pic... will have a few more from the guys later this week

It was quite hot I must admit! Maybe around 35-ish degrees centigrade. The 612 did very well - temperature and oil remained at about half-way or just below that, though to be fair we just took the highways and open roads so that our beasts could breathe and no heavy traffic jams to give them an excuse to heat up!
I asked the other owners also, especially the owners of the older 360 models and their cars also seemed to cope quite well. We didn't push our cars hard during the cruise except on some isolated occasions where we just couldn't exercise restraint any longer and nailed our pedals to the floor - and what a symphony that created with the Italian V8s and V12s screaming through the desert! Wish I had a video!

^^ its on the right side not left side! lol. Ced - yes its the speed limit of 100km/hr. As you're from the States, I bet you assumed it was in mph lol - unfortunately we can't have it all in this life.
