I am still waiting for the offer letter, but if all goes well, I should be making a house-hunting trip out there soon. The question will be how much my company will give me for housing (they mentioned in the area of $100K/yr). I also understand that there is a housing shortage there, but villas are still accessible. Will $100K/yr cover a villa there?
