I have been remiss in not sharing the rest of my Paris Motor Show P1 photos with everyone so I had some free time this afternoon to clean them up and put them on Flickr. There are about 200 in this set - click the first photo to view more or find the handy link at the bottom.
There are a few shots of the brains behind P1's greatness - Frank Stephenson and Dan Parry-Williams both pictured with F1 stylist Peter Stevens.
One of the more interesting shots is of Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann coming in for a closer look - noting how the rear of the car comes up to just above his kneecap.
My favorite angle is really this one:

Twice now () including on the stand in Paris when McLaren Automotive's Managing Director, Antony Sheriff, walked Ron across the stage to introduce him to 'the McLaren Geek'. 
The first time I met him was far more brief. I didn't want to take up too much of his time but I said hello and told him what a fan I was when he came to McLaren Beverly Hills for their Grand Opening party. I don't typically like bugging people for autographs, but asked him to sign my boxed set of 'McLaren - The Cars' and 'McLaren - The Wins' - two great books on the history of the brand published by Coterie Press. He was quite pleased to accommodate.
