McLaren Teases with another video of the P12

No car will ever have as much impact as the F1. It revolutionized the Hyper car market. Think - how many million $ cars were being sold in the 90's. None! the F1 was the first one. Today - You have Pagani, Koin*%*&*&*-Egg, Bugatti and others trying to enter the market. That market was completely created by the F1. It was a revolutionary car. It will always be that way!
I wish I worked for McLaren. If Ron Dennis gave me the OK, I have quite a few ideas for the 'next' 'P12' if there is one.
Then again, it would probably MSRP for just under $10 million and get really bad mileage, but hey...

But yes in recent history the F1 kick started the hypercar market.
But believe you me, when i tell you there were many hypercars before the F1..namely by the likes of Bugatti and Mercedes-Benz.
Hypercars which were so out of reach of the consumers of that time, that no one today even dares to make something that would be that far off from the norm.
1 million aint nothing in proportion to what the hypercars half a century back used to cost in relation to incomes and prices for normal everyday cars of that era.
