Philly-Mac has been nothing but red-carpet to me. Rich and Chad have treated me like a repeat customer and my car is still 5 months away. The thing that I love the most about Philly is the feeling of excitement that they have about the car. I have walked into other exotic dealers and you get the big-suit, leisurely sizing you up and the "I'm doing you a favor" attitude. Then there are the others that want a deposit check before you get a test drive. These guys are really stoked about the car. They seem as excited as we are about the product. There is no stuffy attitude. Everything is low key and product oriented. I can't recommend them enough.

Congrats on the car - lovely indeed.
The organization at McLaren Philadelphia is led by a very charismatic and enthusiastic gentleman whose name you didn't mention, but I am sure he leads a great team as well.

Yeah Bob is a great guy also, he's made himself available to me a number of times, a real Gentleman. He's kind of like the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain.
