Opinion or not a cars paint is not meant to be scratched, and thats reality. There is such a thing as having a wrong opinion.

Stupidest analogy Ive ever come across

You have your first investor right here
I dislike when the cars have part wrapped (like the plastic infront of the rear wheels on some pcar and it always discolors..) or just the hoods etc, because the OCD in me hates the edges. but these full guards look so perfect (at least in photos). If you can get it done by the best I think it's totally worth it.

After only a short time with my cayman it had tons of hood chips. My current card I try not to look at all

For those not familiar with Spectra PhotoSync, it is a nano window film that will adjust its nano properties to perform better when exposed to direct solar radiation (sunlight). The result is the film's heat rejecting properties begin to change to block up to 98.5% of infrared rays. This video below shows this effect:

Conducted another test since we have been receiving inquiries to test PhotoSync against ceramic

Test: PhotoSync vs. a leading ceramic tint at 40%

Another test we conducted recently. With Prestige Film Technologies' Spectra PhotoSync Nano Window Film. We decided to document this test to show how well this product performs compared to a leading 30% ceramic tint. The previous test was done compared to a ceramic 40%. Test specs:

Spectra PhotoSync 65% (yes, we are using a lighter film to compare with a darker 30% ceramic tint)
*product to the left

VS.

30% Ceramic (one of the more popular ceramic tint products on the market....sorry, we are not going to name the manufacturer of this product, but can say it is likely the most well-known on the market)
*product to the right

Conditions:

Outdoor Temperature: 75 degrees

Test Time: 2pm

Measurement Equipment: BTU Meter aimed directly at the window films to obtain simultaneous readings for accuracy

Test Subject: Raging Gray Bull named the Aventador
