FAB Design channels Star Wars with its Terso, based on the Mclaren MP4-12C

Our coverage of the Geneva Auto show is well in the books and one thing really stuck in our head over here at the Team - The rather bizarre tuning packages displayed on the new McLaren MP4-12C. This thread may qualify as a case of dont-shoot-the-messenger, but we wanted to share some new images we stumbled upon from tuner Fab Design.

FAB Design calls this package "Terso", outfitting the McLaren MP4-12C with an extremely aggressive body kit, (not leaving one factory panel untouched) topped of with new 20-inch wheels, wrapped in sticky Dunlops. Star Wars fans may refer to this one as the MP4-Strom Trooper-12C.

Power has been upped from 592-hp to 671-hp with a maximum torque of 527 lb-ft. FAB Design says the Terso will run from 0 to 62 mph in 3 seconds with a top speed of 213 mph.

MP4-Storm Pooper-12C imho.

I like the steering wheel w/ the white piping, that's about it. What the hell is that elevated piece just before the windshield? A front spoiler?

That doesn't look bad. I'd prefer all black interior with white stitching...

So is the factory supplied computer controlled rear wing no longer functional due to that ricer wing?

I don't think it looks bad at all. I do wish that the roof scoop was functional, though. I had body mods that aren't functional.

the fact that this company took one the most aerodynamically advanced cars to date and ruined it is absolutely mind boggling shame on them!

I don't like anything about it... however their SLS is just another level... they destroy cars IMO.
