It looks fantastic. They make the McLaren look like a a monster.

The problem with this is that everything on a standard MP4 is there for a reason. McLaren have probably the most sophisticated simulation and testing facilities in the world. To just tack on your own aero parts without the ability to test properly is just going to upset the balance of the car. Chuck 800hp at it and you could be looking at a potential death trap, but hey, what the hell do I know???

It is just visible behind the standard mesh, but on this variation it would be smack bang in the middle of the diffuser, making it totally pointless and aerodynamically useless, the nearest you can get is the GT3 diffuser which will work because Mclaren has the equipment to make it so

If you look at the autoblog title, it says: "Hennessey dreams of tuning McLaren MP4-12C into twin-turbo HPE800." Hmm, suggestive or not?

Loving the idea. Interested in more concrete results from Hennessey finally gets his hand on a few cars and tunes them.

Agree ^^^

From Wikipedia:

"Inconel is also used for the lightweight Sport Exhaust of a recent supercar, the McLaren MP4-12C".
