Thanks for that DJ! Painting the splitter just doesn't do it for me. The funniest thing about those shots is the color of the lift arms, they certainly look like McLaren orange.

Here is another splitter example from the Antony Sheriff SF event.

falb - the McLaren Orange calipers behind the dark wheels really looks fantastic.

I saw the car in 20C4S's photos this afternoon and it's a sight to behold. You're going to love your car as long as the waiting doesn't kill ya!

i like it un-painted too. either in grey of carbon. imo the car looks meaner with darker color opening.

when i talked to the tech over there, they purposefully wanted to match the lift arms to McLaren Orange. although color was still off a bit but they look pretty close in picture.

I prefer non painted look too. Otherwise it looks like a cartoon character with a silly grin.

Painted only works with white but not with other colours, especially not McLaren Orange. Congrats on the car and post pics when your beast will be delivered

falb, the rear diffuser dosent seem to get any damage, but it generates alot of dirt at the back of the car, showing how efficient it is,you could get it retro-fitted,but with the metallic feck of the standard diffuser you dont notice the difference unless the car is always spotless.
Looking forward to your on track opinion,as it will be months for us in the UK.

Yes,the weather in the UK!!!Ive had a good 10 weeks getting used to the car in pretty dry conditions, but for the last 6 weeks ive been using winter mode, which in its self is an impressive bit of kit thats only intrusive when you need it to be.
