<-- clickPerhaps you're thinking of chassis #020 which wore "13 MAC" for quite a long time? It has never had black wheels though. They were probably just dirty as this car is the current leader in the race for total mileage for a production F1.

There were several instances where people photoshopped the '13' off of #020's plate so maybe that's what you recall? It is now on a new plate as of about 1 year ago ("F1 T00") though the car is still with its original owner which is becoming an increasingly rare statement.
The only F1 that is black with black wheels is #069 pictured here and on the previous page as seen at this year's Goodwood FOS.

It wears this appropriately awesome plate now.
<-- clickPreviously, #069 was fitted with the optional High Downforce Kit as seen on #020 and at that time it had UK plate 'R533 OGF'.
<-- clickGoing back many years, chassis #024 used to wear 'M1 MAC'. This car is now silver and has been in the USA since 2002.

Chassis #011 is in the USA now, but still carries the UK plate "F1 MAC" on its nose that it held for several years with it's previous owner:

That's it for variations of "MAC" plates (I think). There have been a few variations of "MCL" but we can cover those another time.

It depends where you take it - give it to Mclaren to get MOT'd / fixed may be a higher cost than taking it to a place like Lanzante's [who ran the GTR's for teams back in their heyday and who now look after a lot of owners cars] and their prices are comparitively less. Ibeleive the parts are relatively the same but the labour rates are cheaper

While I'm here there are a couple of other great photos that have surfaced on Flickr in the past day or so. Click each one to access a high-res version.
