No - this is a recent refit by the factory after the car changed hands from a long time owner in early 2011. Here's how it used to look for a very long time:
The High Downforce Kit wasn't original to the car but was added shortly after it was built for the original owner. It was then sold and came to the USA in mid-2000 and remained in a very private collection until the second sale in 2011. There's been a lot of speculation on where exactly the car will land here but I am not certain it has even re-entered the country yet.
