Well cars generally don't like to sit - even if kept in climate controlled storage which that warehouse didn't appear to be. Rubber items tend to dry out and need replacement after 7-10 years. If they were maintaining it to McLaren's standards for all that time then it is probably fine, but if it was just sitting there...

Erik is correct...a friend just bought a pristine 959 that had been sitting for more than 20 years in storage with the intent of actually driving it. But that was last winter and it's STILL in service getting everything replaced, fixed, etc..
