My 09 gt-s has been in for the same problem 3 times now and each time i'm told it's ready it either isn't fixed from when I go to pick the car up or it works for the ride home and then stops working again.
Every button on the wheel, volume, track, bluetooth, mute....

They have replaced the entire wheel and no success obviously. Is this a common thing? Is it the main wiring harness?

I'd appericiate any experiences anyone has had with this issue.

 

Try deleting System32.

Could you try another dealer? You could perhaps write to Maserati NA maybe they could advise?

 

Bet you its not in the wheel but behind it in the wheel clockspring. They are notorious for going out.
