Celebrity cook and avid Maserati enthusiast, Steve Martorano to own first MC Stradale

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (August 22, 2011) – Ferrari-Maserati of Fort Lauderdale – Home of the Experience is pleased to announce celebrity cook Steve Martorano will receive the first Maserati MC Stradale in the United States. Due to his love for the brand and his incredibly successful career, Maserati has granted Martorano the early release of the first MC Stradale. This will be Martorano’s fourth Maserati.

Martorano, also known as “The King of Italian-American Cooking”, has taken the craft of cooking to new levels through persistence and hard work. With his self-taught talent, Steve has created a venue in which as owner he is the cook, DJ and operator. His wildly successful Cafe Martorano's Italian-American Kitchen has three locations in Oakland Park, FL; the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino; Hollywood, FL, and Las Vegas, NV. His newest venture, Yo Cuz! My Life, My Food, My Way, is the first book of its kind, a cook book/autobiography. The special edition is called the GranTurismo MC Stradale is powered by a 4.2 liter V8 engine that delivers 450 HP - an improvement over the standard 405 HP - while still offering the same fuel consumption as a standard Gran Turismo. It also comes with an improved aerodynamic down force and will brake the 186 mph barrier. The MC Stradale special edition has been tweaked and modified as a direct result of the lessons learned from Maserati’s three racing programs, but it is road legal. The MC Stradale will be the fastest, lightest, and most powerful Maserati in the line-up.
