I would imagine the whole drivetrain needs a complete overhaul. No way after that long will these be turn key operations. I don't think it needs rotisserie style where they strip it down to bear metal, but all the mechanics are probably sludged over. As for the outside, yes probably a good detailer can tidy that up.
