The New Lancia Stratos has completed yet another step of its lengthy unveiling process. This time we have information about the official presentation, which took place on November 29-30, at the Paul Ricard Circuit in Le Castellet, France. There, a select few had the opportunity to see the cabin for the first time, a racecar concept, while they were also informed that the New Stratos could be built in limited production run if there's substantial interest from potential buyers

what if FIA introduced a world rally series which allowed this car and the Porsche Cayman and other compact sport cars to participate in? wouldn`t it be great? like the time when the Stratos and Renault Alpine and Porsche 911 competed in WRC. todays car are not very exiting in my view.

We would like to thank you once again for your interest in the New Stratos and to inform you that you have been registered as a prospective buyer. As worldwide news coverage of the New Stratos is likely to last well into January 2011, we would like to wait until the beginning of February to see how many registrations there are. Our intention is to have decided by then which company will build other New Stratos vehicles on the chassis of a Ferrari 430 or Scuderia.
We will inform you about further steps in February.
We would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a good start to the year 2011.
