Maserati's Smaller Quattroporte Coming
#11
Honestly I think it's a bit ridiculous. The Quattroporte is already small, I see it as already being the same size as a 5 series but with a 760 price tag and slow. I think a smaller one would be the size of a c-class. Maybe I'm mistaken, but that's what it looks like to me. If I were them, I would focus on making one comparable in performance to an M5 or E63. Just my .02
And what's this yapping about Bertone vs Pininfarina? "Insiders say"? Please, Maserati's been holding both hands since the 60s.

There are different schools of thought on that. Beats the shit out of anything outside of Audi's in my opinion. The Panamera interior is incredibly pleasing visually but the 10,000 buttons get fvcking confusing.

C'mon you could firgure it out in a few minutes.

Well that and hmmm, let's see, build quality.

I don't get what you guys are talking about, there's imo nothing wrong with the build quality. Can you give an example?

The only build problems I was aware of when I was with an authorized dealer (3yrs) were with the F1 trans on a GT S I sold. That was one out of several on the road - including more than one daily driver (15k+ miles)
That said I don't think you'll find QP's with the mileage on them that a 7 series, S-class, or comparable car will have on them of the same year.
