Old Fiat 500 Abarth in Sardegna, Italy.

On a recent trip to Sardegna I stumbled across this 500.
Not sure if it was an original Abarth or not, but still an amazing car imo.

Sorry for the iPhone pics

Well, it's got all the Abarth emblems and the signature Italian "we can't control heating issues so we just leave the bonnet open" feature.
I once saw a convertible version of the Abarth 595S in St. Tropez. One of the most gorgeous cars I've ever seen.

Wasn't the bonnet impossible to close because the engine was too big? I remember Jeremy Clarksson doing a hilarious short cap about this car while testing the new 500 Abarth

Didn't go this time around, went earlier this summer.
I have an apartment in Alghero, on the west coast.
