CC transmission must be their double clutch or 'fully autonomous manual transmission'?

Just a guess... This is for a Mas 2009 yes?

Or it's a C&C on ice.

Make sure he doesn't take 'its really rare' stand with you. Maserati's need to be given away most of the time.

UBC (his screen name on here) has one (not sure if it's a GT "S" or not)

What color are you looking at?

CC is a sequential transmission (no torque converter) vs the auto transmission that came in 2010 maseratis (tq converter - smoother but slower shifts)

Which one of those transmissions was absolutely horrible? I can't remember.

The Mas GT is verrry sexy, no doubt.

The Cambiocorsa gearbox. Which came on the 2002-2006 Maserati Coupe's/Gransports and also came on the 2005-2007(8?) Quattroporte Duo-Select's.

The MC-Shift trans is based on a similar architecture as the 599 Superfast trans if not the same thing. 350-400 made it to the US, and it is a one year only model for the States since it won't be re-certified for 2010 emissions standards.

For 2009, the GT-S differed from the GT-S Automatic in appearance and exhaust as well. The F1 trans car has different rocker panels, built in spoiler in the hood, true sport exhaust and different wheels. For 2010, the GT-S is only automatic and looks similar the 2009 S as well as having the full sport exhaust. Basically, an 09 S-Automatic looks just like the base car with bigger wheels.

In terms of driving experience, the automatic doesn't compare to the MC-Shift car at all - go with the MC.

Chris,

I understand where you're coming from, but right now the only ones being given away are leftover 09 QPs. I can't think of one we lost money on save for a couple left over 08 QPs - but we lost across the board on 08s with all of our brands because of the timing of the recession.

The GT-S with MC-Shift trans, while not a sticker car, does not need to be given away by any means.

For what it's worth.

DuoSelect was garbage from a maintenance standpoint. Ended production in 2007 - all 08s were ZF autos.
