I was really excited when I saw the thread title but after seeing the pic, I almost threw up. That looks horrible.

Offsets are too low and the tires are too narrow for the rim. I'd bet my lunch money the rims are outside of the tire's rim range, and under load capacity for the car's weight and dangerous.
