I DEFINATELY will not keep my Maserati when the warranty expires. Guy on maseratilife forum has a 2002 Spyder which is worth about $40K now. This is the service/repair bill he got from the dealer. Even though the Maseratis are cheaper it's still Ferrari parts pricing:

CC console shifter knob $1850.
Digiteck "Chip" $1070
Clutch Assembly incl flywheel, throwout bearing and clutch disc $3600
Gasket around convertible top to seal @ windows $1850
Key $450 (without programming)
Spare Tire, Jack, Wrench, Compartment Cover $3200
Add around $3000 for labor
